Le groupe vient de d\u00e9voiler <strong>\u201cWhere Are You?\u201d<\/strong>, un single \u00e9clatant qui annonce la sortie de leur prochain EP, <em>Unstoppable<\/em>, pr\u00e9vue pour le 15 mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originaire de Seattle, ce quintet (qui s&rsquo;agrandit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sept musiciens sur sc\u00e8ne) a su cr\u00e9er un pont unique entre le garage rock des ann\u00e9es 60 et la <strong>Retro Soul<\/strong> la plus pure. Pour ce nouveau projet, ils ont retrouv\u00e9 leur complice <strong>Ben Tanner<\/strong>, clavi\u00e9riste d&rsquo;Alabama Shakes et producteur r\u00e9compens\u00e9 aux Grammy Awards. Avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de la puissante chanteuse Gretchen Lemon en 2024, le groupe a insuffl\u00e9 une nouvelle vie \u00e0 son line-up, enrichissant son son de harmonies vocales percutantes dignes des \u00ab\u00a0girl groups\u00a0\u00bb l\u00e9gendaires de Motown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le morceau <strong>\u201cWhere Are You?\u201d<\/strong> se d\u00e9tache par ses influences disco assum\u00e9es et son \u00e9nergie communicative. C\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable appel au dancefloor qui capture l&rsquo;excitation d&rsquo;une poursuite romantique. Entre guitares r\u00e9tro, rythmes soul bondissants et refrains anthemiques, le titre brille par sa production soign\u00e9e, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e des voix de Shannay Johnson et Karita Law (collaboratrices de Brittany Howard).
